House market recovery 'unlikely' in 2011 - Scotsman.com News

A HOUSING market recovery is now highly unlikely this year, the UK's third-biggest lender has said after revealing that Scottish prices have dropped 3.2 per cent since last summer.
The average Scottish home is now worth £139,447, according to Nationwide Building Society, which yesterday reported that the Scottish drop over the last year was more than the 1.2 per cent slide across the UK as a whole.
