Chelsea flats take on One Hyde Park as dearest address | News
A new £300 million apartment block in Chelsea is set to become London's most expensive address.
Each apartment at The Glebe will have its own pool, games room, 15ft-high ceilings and dedicated lift.
Close to the Thames and King's Road, the development will be built on an acre plot secured by leading European hedge fund Orion Capital Managers over the weekend for £85 million.
A duplex penthouse will have a huge roof terrace, while there are two detached villas, one with its own gatehouse. Each villa is expected to sell for between £25 million and £35 million.
