House sellers reject price cutting claims (From This Is Lancashire)

ESTATE agents have hit back at a report which ranks Bolton as one of the places most likely to knock a large amount off house prices.

Property website Zoopla says Bolton house sellers are typically knocking £14,125 of asking prices — just under nine per cent of the original price.
