The 56-year-old action star, , who will soon become a father for the fourth time, is selling the stunning lakeside lodge in Sun Valley that he purchased in 2003.
According to the Idaho Mountain Express, he put the chic chalet on the market because he hasn't been able to spend much time in the area.
