Sharron Davies reveals 'nightmare' over new £1.1m home after plans for care home | Mail Online

Sharron Davies has told how she has been made to weep by plans to build an ‘unsightly’ care home overlooking the garden of her new £1.1million house.
The Olympic medal-winning swimmer says her upcoming move to the Grade II-listed mansion has become a nightmare.
She claims she was happy with the original development plans but that they changed ‘radically’ within 48 hours of her exchanging contracts, and that the view from her house will now be blocked.
The TV presenter, 49, who won silver for Britain in the 400m individual medley at the 1980 Olympics in Moscow, said she had been ‘vilified’ for speaking out.
