AS HOUSE prices continue to fall in North East Lincolnshire and people struggle to step onto the housing ladder, a nearby market town has seen prices shoot up.
According to new research by Lloyds TSB, prices in Alford, near Louth, have increased by 150 per cent, with the average value being £153,104.
